Shipping & Service Policy

At Siyaah, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Service Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during major sales or new collection launches), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery across Pakistan.

  • Local Delivery (Hyderabad): Orders within Hyderabad may be eligible for faster delivery, typically within 24 to 48 hours.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or weather conditions beyond our control.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery services for most cities across Pakistan. Please ensure the correct amount is ready upon delivery. Our courier partners are instructed to collect the full payment before handing over the package.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message once your order has shipped. This message will contain your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package via our courier partner’s website.

5. Service Area

We currently ship to all major cities and towns within Pakistan. For remote or rural areas, delivery times may be slightly longer depending on the reach of our courier partners.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Siyaah is not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.

7. Office Pickup

If you prefer to collect your order in person, you may visit our office. Please contact us in advance to ensure your order is ready for pickup.
