1. Return Period

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

     

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and labels still attached.

     

  • It must be in its original packaging.

     

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

     

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a discount of 25% or more are considered final sale.

  • Customized Goods: Any items that have been monogrammed or customized.

     

  • Damaged by User: We cannot accept returns for materials damaged due to incorrect washing, ironing, or general wear and tear.

     

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at siyaah.tattoes@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For damaged items, please include a photo for reference so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

     

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total.

     

  • Bank Processing: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary instructions on where and how to send your package.
